I love this idea of taking the whole month to ease into the new year. I didn't even realize it, but that's what I've been doing! And thanks for sharing what's worked for you this past year. I always love finding new stuff by taking advantage of other ppl's experience! Happy New Year, Tresta!
“The Year of the Grandson.” I love it. Congratulations!
I'd love to hear your thoughts on H Is for Hawk and Life in the Garden.
Yes to less decision fatigue!
Tresta, a whole month for a slow wind-up for the new year--fabulous idea! (And thanks for including my book in your re-read list!)
Yay for the grandson(s) year! Hoping you can take more hikes, too.
Your book is on my wishlist. 😊
How happy that makes me. ,😊

Grandkids caught me by surprise as well! The count is at 6 now and I am still finding it to be surreal.
Enjoy Pilgrim at Tinker Creek! I envy you the joy of that first-time read!
It’s actually a re-read for me, but I’m enjoying it again!
I love it here. I think I found another kindred spirit ...
What a nice thing to say! Glad you’re here, Linda.
I spy a book with a yellow flower on the cover ☺️
Also, I am reviewing Jody's book at my Poetry for Life in a couple of weeks.
I too am taking a longer January to transition. More about that soon, with that special group of ladies that involves you.
Yes ma’am, only the best books for me ☺️
Also, "H Is for Hawk" is one of only two books I read while rewriting mine.
Mystery and Manners is so wonderful!!
And I love that Oliver Burkeman quote, wow. Loved his book Four Thousand Weeks.
